Since 2017, CAWA GROUP has been supporting companies in West Africa in human resource management, combining on-the-ground presence, professionalism, and a human-centered commitment.

The journey began in Guinea with the creation of CAWA Guinea in 2017, to meet the growing needs for staffing, recruitment, and training in a rapidly transforming economic context. Building on this initial success, the group continued its development with the opening of CAWA Bissau in 2023, followed by the launch of CAWA Mauritania in 2025.

Alongside this direct growth, CAWA has established a strong network of partners in several countries across the sub-region: Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Togo, and Benin. This regional presence enables us to offer responsive, contextualized, and high-value HR solutions.

Over the years, CAWA has become a recognized player in supporting industrial, mining, civil construction, service, and associative projects.
