The For Women by Women (FWBW) Job Fair was held on December 5th and 6th, 2024, at the National School of Administration (ENA) in Bissau. During the two-day event, CAWA BISSAU was present as a guest and participated prominently. The fair was a great success — CAWA BISSAU had the opportunity to showcase its services and establish connections with several new companies.

The main objective of the fair was to INNOVATE, CREATE, and TRANSFORM Human Resources in Guinea-Bissau.

The 1st International Conference on Human Capital in Guinea-Bissau took place at the CEIBA BISSAU Hotel on February 6th, 2025. CAWA BISSAU attended as a guest entity, standing out for its active participation.
